Shrigoud Parivar is a genealogy and member-directory app for the Shrigoud Brahmin community. It lets members record their family tree, see how they are related to one another, and find contact numbers of other members. This policy explains what the app collects, why, who can see it, and how you can have it removed.

No location, no contacts, no photos or files from your device, no email address, no advertising identifier, no analytics or crash-tracking SDKs. The app requests only internet and network-state permissions.
A family tree is by nature about more than one person. When you add a relative — for example a grandfather who has passed away, or a child who does not use the app — you are recording information about them. Please add only what your family would be comfortable sharing within the community.
If someone later registers and identifies themselves as that person, the entry becomes theirs and they control it from then on. If a person, or their immediate family, wants an entry removed, write to us at [YOUR-EMAIL] and we will remove it.
Names and family relationships are visible to signed-in members of the community. This is the purpose of the app — a family tree that only you can see would serve no purpose.
Names, generation, and family relationships are also shown on a public page at adbellz.com/shrigoud/parivar.php, so that people can check whether their family is already recorded before installing the app. That page shows only names and relationships. It never shows phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, or any contact details, and no information can be added or changed from it. If you would prefer your name not to appear there, write to us and we will remove it.
Your phone number is different. You choose from four settings, and you can change your choice at any time inside the app:

Community coordinators can review entries and approve new villages, gotras and kuldevis, so that the lists stay accurate.
We do not share your data with anyone. There are no advertisers, no analytics providers, and no data brokers involved. The only third party is our web hosting provider, which stores the database on our behalf and does not use it for any purpose of its own.
We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law.
All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. PINs are stored as one-way hashes and are never stored in readable form. Access to the database is limited to the app team.
Account information is kept while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, it is removed as described in section 8. Change records are kept for up to 12 months so that errors can be traced, and are then deleted.

What is deleted: your login (mobile number and PIN hash), your device sign-in tokens, your notifications, your phone number, and your personal details — occupation, education, year of birth and year of death.
What may remain: if you ask us to, we can also remove your name and your position in the family tree entirely. If you do not ask for that, your name and family links stay, because other members' family trees are connected through you and removing you would break their records too. You may choose either option on the deletion page.
Requests are completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when it is done.
The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register an account. Children may appear as entries in a family tree, recorded by their parents or family, as names and dates only.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.

श्रीगौड़ परिवार श्रीगौड़ ब्राह्मण समाज के सदस्यों के लिए बनाया गया ऐप है। इसमें आप अपनी वंशावली दर्ज करते हैं, दूसरे सदस्यों से अपना रिश्ता देखते हैं, और समाज की फोन निर्देशिका देख सकते हैं। यह पन्ना बताता है कि ऐप आपकी कौन सी जानकारी रखता है, क्यों रखता है, किसे दिखाता है, और आप उसे कैसे हटवा सकते हैं।

वंशावली में आप अपने अलावा दूसरों की जानकारी भी भरते हैं — जैसे दिवंगत दादाजी, या वह संतान जो ऐप नहीं चलाती। कृपया उतनी ही जानकारी भरिए जितनी आपका परिवार समाज के सामने रखने में सहज हो।
आगे चलकर वह व्यक्ति ख़ुद पंजीकरण करके अपनी प्रविष्टि अपने अधिकार में ले सकता है। कोई अपनी या अपने निकट परिजन की प्रविष्टि हटवाना चाहे तो anshul.dubey.bca@gmail.com पर लिखिए, हम हटा देंगे।
नाम और पारिवारिक रिश्ते समाज के पंजीकृत सदस्यों को दिखते हैं — यही ऐप का उद्देश्य है।
नाम, पीढ़ी और पारिवारिक रिश्ते adbellz.com/shrigoud/parivar.php नाम के एक खुले पन्ने पर भी दिखते हैं, ताकि लोग ऐप लगाने से पहले देख सकें कि उनका परिवार पहले से दर्ज है या नहीं। उस पन्ने पर केवल नाम और रिश्ते दिखते हैं — फोन नंबर, पता, जन्मतिथि या कोई संपर्क जानकारी कभी नहीं, और वहाँ से कुछ जोड़ा या बदला नहीं जा सकता। यदि आप नहीं चाहते कि आपका नाम वहाँ दिखे, तो हमें लिख दीजिए, हम हटा देंगे।
फोन नंबर की बात अलग है। चार विकल्प हैं, और आप इन्हें ऐप में कभी भी बदल सकते हैं: किसी को नहीं / केवल रिश्तेदारों को / पूरे समाज को / निर्देशिका में सबको।
आपकी जानकारी किसी तीसरे पक्ष को नहीं दी जाती। न कोई विज्ञापन कंपनी, न कोई आँकड़े जुटाने वाली सेवा। केवल हमारा वेब होस्टिंग प्रदाता उसे हमारे लिए सुरक्षित रखता है, अपने किसी काम में नहीं लेता। क़ानूनी बाध्यता होने पर ही जानकारी साझा की जा सकती है।
ऐप और सर्वर के बीच सारा आदान-प्रदान HTTPS से होता है। PIN कभी पढ़ने योग्य रूप में नहीं रखा जाता।

क्या हटता है: आपका लॉगिन (मोबाइल नंबर और PIN), आपके फोन की लॉगिन पर्ची, सूचनाएँ, आपका फोन नंबर, और आपके व्यक्तिगत विवरण — व्यवसाय, शिक्षा, जन्म वर्ष, मृत्यु वर्ष।
क्या रह सकता है: आप कहें तो नाम और वंशावली में आपकी जगह भी पूरी तरह हटा दी जाएगी। न कहें तो वह रह जाती है, क्योंकि दूसरे परिवारों की वंशावली आपके ज़रिए जुड़ी होती है और आपको हटाने से उनका रिकॉर्ड भी टूट जाता है। दोनों में से जो चाहिए, वह उसी पन्ने पर चुन लीजिए।
अनुरोध ३० दिन के भीतर पूरा किया जाता है, और पूरा होने पर आपको बता दिया जाता है।
यह ऐप वयस्कों के लिए है। १८ वर्ष से कम आयु का कोई खाता नहीं बना सकता। बच्चों के नाम वंशावली में उनके परिवार द्वारा दर्ज किए जा सकते हैं।
